As shown in the video, the first thing to do when the 'Pre-Safe Function Limited' light suddenly comes on in the Mercedes Benz E-Class is to perform a diagnostic check to ensure that it is just a warning triggered by a minor impact and that nothing is actually broken in the sensor circuits. Through diagnostics, which can be done by connecting via Wi-Fi, the system detects the error and, after diagnosing the cause, will attempt to clear it. Turn off the engine if it was running and click the Continue button. Next, to start the Pre-Safe reset, click F1 and it will automatically reset.
