Where to Find the EOBD Port on the Opel Zafira B

Knowing the location of the EOBD (European On Board Diagnostic) port is important for diagnosing some errors indicated by your vehicle, which can be decoded with an OBD2 reader (available for a few dozen pounds on major e-commerce platforms). However, accessing the EOBD port on the Opel Zafira B is particularly complex. You need to remove the centre console and then the ashtray drawer. In the space left by the ashtray, you will find a small screw that needs to be removed, along with the metal plate that it held in place. Once the plate is removed, you can take off the plastic cover, and underneath you will finally find the EOBD port, to which you can connect your reader.
