Seat Repair: How to Replace the Inner Grille

Model: Vauxhall Corsa Corsa D - Years 2006-2014
Part: Grille

Obtain the original replacement part with the exact part number. Remove the plastic rear cover of the seat starting from the bottom. Pull out the plastic bar and, starting from the bottom, detach the cover from the side rails. Push the grille into the seat at the fixing points. To avoid cutting your hands on the sharp metal edge of the seat, use a cloth to place between the metal edge and the seat. Remove the grille and cut the two ties holding the wire with wire cutters. Position the new grille and secure it in the designated spaces. Fix the wire using two new ties, then reposition the plastic cover ensuring it fits perfectly. Repeat the same operation with the other seat.
