In fact, in this case it had actually split into two pieces, and the dealer had given a ten-day timeframe to order the new part for replacement. Since it is a work vehicle that cannot afford to be out of commission for that long, the youtuber who owns it, came up with a solution for the repair. He removed it from its housing (calling it a fairly easy job) and then welded a small metal plate on the outer side to reinforce the structure. In this way, he was able to get back on the road quickly.
