Replacing the Battery in Peugeot 307

Model: Peugeot 307 MK 1 - Years 2001-2009

Procedure: Open the plastic cover protecting the battery and manually disconnect the positive terminal using the snap opening. Detach the plastic cover from the bottom and remove it completely. Also manually disconnect the negative terminal located at the back. Using a 10 mm socket, unscrew the battery clamp located at the bottom and remove both the pin and the clamp itself to prevent it from falling into the engine bay. Remove the battery. For installing the new battery, follow the reverse procedure, ensuring to clean the terminals with contact spray and, importantly, after installation, spray an anti-oxidant product on the battery terminals.
