Replacing the Key Cover and Battery on a Peugeot 307

In this video tutorial, you will learn how to replace the battery and cover of a Peugeot 307 key up to 2009. First, obtain a new kit if desired and disassemble the remote: unscrew the screw on the remote with a cross screwdriver. At this point, remove the key and open the remote in two using leverage. Next, take out the electronics from the key and remove the battery. Replace it with the appropriate one (usually a 2932, 3-volt battery). Now reassemble everything and check that it functions correctly!
