Let's see how to change the battery in the Peugeot 307: open the bonnet, remove the battery terminals starting with the negative, then the positive. Remove the securing plate, take out the battery, clean the tray of dirt and debris, clean the terminals of white oxide with sandpaper, then apply copper grease on the terminals to improve contact and prevent oxidation. Position the new battery in the tray, remount the securing plate, reconnect the terminals, starting with the positive, then the negative, replace the battery cover, and test the ignition.
