In this video tutorial we can see how it is possible to replace the battery in the Peugeot 207. The first thing to do is to make the car safe by engaging the handbrake, then pull the lever to open the engine hood and put it in safety with special rod. Remove the battery cover and the control unit located on the side, as shown in the video; with a ratchet wrench number 8, we must first remove the negative pole and then the positive one. Once the negative and positive poles have been disconnected, grasp the battery handle and lift the battery to remove it from its seat. Place the new battery on the vehicle, connect the negative pole first and then the positive one, replace the control unit and the battery cover.

How to reset the on-board computer of the Peugeot 208?

Resetting the Peugeot 208's on-board computer, the system called SMEG, is very simple.
