To replace the gearbox oil in a Peugeot 206, first, unscrew the drain plug from the oil reservoir. Once the plug is removed, collect all the used oil in a suitably positioned container. When the oil has completely drained, re-secure the reservoir with the drain plug and open the bonnet. To top up the oil, loosen the screws securing the intake hose and remove it completely. This will allow you to access the breather for the refill.
