How to Remove the Air Freshener from a Peugeot 3008 to Refill the Scent Balls

Some models of the Peugeot 3008 have a built-in air freshener on the left wall of the glove compartment. Changing the air freshener when the scent balls inside have run out is very expensive: on Peugeot's e-shop, a refill costs £54.77 plus £8.90 for shipping. However, there is a way to recharge the scent balls, which can be obtained in various ways (fabric softener balls work well, or you can reuse them by soaking them in essential oils of your preferred scent). To open the drawer, first remove the front panel, allowing you to push out the scent ball compartments from the bottom, which open by gently prying.
