You can replace the front brake pads on the Piaggio Vespa PX 125 by first removing the wheel from its housing: it can be detached from the bottom of the front fork by loosening the side nuts that secure the wheel's central axle. Once the wheel is removed from its seat, loosen the screws that secure the brake caliper to the corresponding disc: once the caliper is removed, proceed to slide out the pads inside it, insert the new ones, and reassemble the caliper.
