Replacing the battery in the Piaggio Fly.

To replace the battery in the Piaggio Fly, we must position our scooter well immobilized, so that we can work on it in safe conditions and safeguard the operator's safety. In this case, the scooter is placed on its stand. Now, being careful not to scratch the mudguard, we remove the Piaggio logo from its seat using a screwdriver. Unscrew the bolt below and remove the central black grid (we have to slide it towards the handlebar and pull it out). At this point, having identified the position of the battery (bottom, right), unscrew (using the appropriate wrenches) the bolts that secure the plastic protection of the battery and the cables connected to it. Then, unscrew the two screws from the internal wall of the top case, from the part corresponding to the battery, remove the part of the wall and extract the battery from its housing. To assemble the new battery, repeat the operations seen in the images, proceeding backwards.
