In this video tutorial we will see how to disassemble the variator on a Piaggio Liberty 50 and 125 scooter, following these simple instructions. First we place the scooter on the central stand and we go to remove the left side casing; to do this we unscrew all the fixing screws using a socket or tube wrench. Once removed we go to unscrew the nut with a 15 mm wrench and thus remove the fan and then the timing belt; we just have to remove the variator, together with the internal rollers. Reassemble everything, following the video until the end!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
