This guide illustrates the procedure for repairing or replacing the water pump for the Piaggio Beverly 500. For this procedure, the following steps must be carried out: 1. Disassemble the muffler; 2. Remove the air filter; 3. Disassemble the oil pan and before doing this, first drain all the oil inside, making sure during disassembly that there are no gaskets residues; 4. Remove the casing, again with the same reasoning, check for the presence of any residual gaskets and replace them if necessary. During disassembly, if you also need to replace the gaskets, get new spare parts, in this case it is advisable to replace the oil seals as well for safety reasons. Last but not least, the shaft, if it too shows evident signs of wear, it is strongly recommended to replace this last component as well.

First of all we put the stand on our motorbike and we begin to lift the front wheel from the ground; after which we unscrew the fixing screws of the brake caliper, in order to remove it from the disc, as shown in the video. At this point we unscrew the central pin of the wheel, in order to remove it; then let's proceed with the replacement of the front tire, following the video tutorial to the end!
