In today's tutorial video, we will see the procedure necessary for disassembling and replacing the rollers in the variator of the Piaggio Beverly 250 scooter. First, place the scooter on the centre stand and start by unscrewing the screws of the transmission cover located on the left; unscrew the central nut of the clutch bell using a socket spanner, as shown in the video. At this point, unscrew the nut of the fan to remove the belt and subsequently the variator; disassemble and replace the rollers found inside, then reassemble everything!
