To replace the battery on a Piaggio Vespa GTS 300, loosen the screws securing the plastic panel located at the bottom of the scooter, on the footwell. Once the bolts are loosened, you can remove the panel by unscrewing the screws that hold the battery in its housing. Additionally, by disconnecting the power cables, the battery can be completely removed to insert a new one. This should then be secured in its place and connected to the cables, covering it with the appropriate panel.
