How do you disassemble the engine of the Piaggio Master 400?

In order to disassemble the Piaggio Master 400 engine, you need to loosen the screws that hold it in place inside its housing: once these screws have been loosened, you must disconnect the connectors connected to the engine block so that it can be removed. After removing the engine, you can proceed by unscrewing the screws that hold the cylinder in place, removing the corresponding spark plug and its coil. The piston can be detached from the connecting rod by expanding the ring and removing the pin: this will allow access to the crankshaft and all its internal components.

How do you change the Sym Bonus 110 engine oil?

In order to replace the engine oil of the Sym Bonus 110 you have to loosen the screw that fixes the drain plug of the engine oil tank: this is positioned in the lower part of the bike and once unscrewed it will be possible to collect all the oil exhausted inside a suitably positioned container. When all the oil is completely out, it will be possible to top up from the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike. Once the right amount of oil has been added, the crankcase can be closed, checking that the bike works correctly.
