How to disassemble the wheel and tire of the Piaggio Vespa 50 Special

Today's video will show us how to disassemble and replace the wheel or tire of the Piaggio Vespa 50 Special, as well as the Vespa PK 50 and PX 125. First, we put the center stand and start by disassembling and removing the muffler terminal, unscrewing the screw with a socket wrench; then we unscrew the five wheel nuts, in order to remove it from the drum, as shown in the video. At this point, if necessary, we replace the tire with a new one of the same size; we reinstall the wheel, applying the same procedure as for the front wheel disassembly!

Three things to do with the Piaggio Medley 125

In this video, our youtuber advises us, based on his experience, three things NOT to do on the Piaggio Medley 125. First, the fuel cap has a water drainage hole, which must be positioned in a specific way, namely with the half moon towards the driver's seat, as shown in the video. The second thing is not to turn off the engine when the Start & Stop function is active: the engine will only start by pressing the start button; it can be done in reverse, when the engine is idling. The third thing is not to adjust the spring preload too often, and when you do, support the tool with your index finger.
