Replacing the ABS sensor on a 2004 Renault Scenic vehicle is a very simple operation that can also be done independently. To reset the warning light, we must: - lift the vehicle on a lift or jack it up using a jack; - remove the front wheel and the wheel arch if necessary, in our case it is not necessary; - remove the connector and inspect the terminals; - unscrew the fastening elements of the ABS sensor; - remove the sensor by shaking it from side to side; - clean and lubricate the area before installing the new sensor; - install the new sensor; - connect it to the connector; finally, reassemble the wheel arch and the wheel before lowering the car back to the ground.
