How to Reset the Service Light on a Renault Kangoo

When the service warning light flashes on the display, it means it's time for maintenance, either due to mileage or time elapsed. In both cases, you need to change the engine oil and the corresponding filter, then reset the light. This is a manual procedure that does not require diagnostic tools. Simply turn on the ignition and scroll through the menu options using the side button on the wiper control lever until you reach the maintenance indicator. At this point, press and hold the button until the remaining mileage starts to flash and the new maintenance interval appears.
