Peugeot 207 - Video tutorial

Model: Peugeot 207 MK 1 - Years 2006-2015
Part: Key
Operation: How do you repair the key spring of the Peugeot 207?

The passing of time and the use of the snap opening of the car key, dozens of times a day, inevitably lead to the wear of the internal spring of the same key. As can be seen in this video, the replacement of the spring is a rather simple job and requires little time. After opening the container shell in half, first place the key, then the housing bushing of the spring, and finally the aforementioned spring inside the aforementioned bushing. The shell closes, rotating clockwise and perfectly fitting all the aforementioned elements, testing the snap opening of the key.

Replace the steering angle sensor on the Volkswagen Golf 5

When the steering angle sensor malfunction warning light comes on, it may need to be replaced as follows: first remove the steering wheel and the lower steering wheel guard by removing the three fixing screws. The steering sensor is located just below the steering column. To release it you need to have a small screwdriver and insert it into the hole on the front, push the screwdriver all the way down until the clips at the bottom are released. Next, pull down on the back of the card containing the sensor and disengage it from the steering column. At that point take the new card and reposition it, after which proceed backwards to reassemble the various components.
