Fuse Box Layout and Location on the Renault Kangoo

To check the fuse layout in the engine compartment of the Renault Kangoo, first clear the area next to the battery. After parking and turning off the engine, lift the bonnet and locate the battery group with the large blue power cables. On the side, there is a large black plastic container: this is the cover protecting the fuse box and its support. Use your hands or a small flathead screwdriver to release the clips on the cover and lift it upwards until it hangs from the wiring. Below, you will see the connectors and the clear plastic plate with the fuses inserted. To read the diagram printed on the support clearly, you need to create some space: in the video, the support fixings are unscrewed, the wiring is slightly moved, and the block is tilted forward, resting it without pulling the cables. When the plate is visible from above, you can identify the slots for the various fuses, and next to each position, the indications provided by the manufacturer (amperage and protected circuit). Once you have identified the fuse you need, you can extract it with the appropriate tweezers, replace it, and then reposition everything in reverse order: return the plate to its place, re-screw the fixings, relocate the wiring, and finally close the fuse box cover in the engine compartment of the Renault Kangoo.
