Changing Gearbox Oil on Renault Clio

Model: Renault Clio MK 3, Clio 3, Clio III - Years 2005-2013

The oil change is optimal if you first warm up the engine for several minutes, allowing the oil to become hotter and less viscous, facilitating its subsequent drainage. Lift the front of the car with a jack until the wheel is 'free' on both sides. Unscrew the two screws that secure the lower engine cover to the bumper, then unscrew the other five screws holding that cover. Unscrew the gearbox drain bolt and collect the used oil in a container. Refit the bolt and tighten it to 25 Nm. Add the same quantity of new oil as shown in the video.
