The Media Nav system produced by Renault offers various important and useful features while driving. However, sometimes software issues may arise that can cause serious malfunctions in the entire system.

In this case, it is necessary to manually restore the factory settings. First, turn on the car's ignition and start the Media Nav. Go to the system settings and click on the "Factory settings" option.

Tick the "All" box and press "OK". Confirm the operation when prompted, and shortly after, the procedure is complete.
