Replacement of the air filter of the Renault Kangoo

Model: Renault Kangoo KW, KC, MK 1 - Years 1997-2008
Part: Air filter

One of the operations to be carried out during the service of the Renault Kangoo is the replacement of the air filter. We open the hood of the engine compartment, remove the breather tube from the filter housing, loosen the clamp that secures the feed tube with a flat-blade screwdriver, detach the housing and remove the inlet tube. We bring the filter box to a work surface and unscrew the screws that secure the cover with a T25 screwdriver, remove the old filter element and replace it with a new one. We put the cover back on and secure it with its screws, put the box back in place reconnecting the various tubes and tightening the clamp.

How to Remove the Front Brake Pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser

To remove the front brake pads on a Chrysler PT Cruiser, position the car on a column lift and raise it to a comfortable height. Unscrew the pins using a socket wrench or air drill and remove the wheel. Then, use a screwdriver to detach the brake pads. Next, remove the caliper bracket and unscrew the pins on the brake disc (using a Torx screwdriver). Pull the disc towards you to slide it off the hub. Install the new brake disc with all associated pins, secure the caliper bracket to the disc and the pads, then mount the brake caliper, ensuring all pins are tightened properly. Before mounting the wheel, bleed the brake caliper and tighten the pin.
