How to replace the front suspension arm of the Seat Leon MK1

In this video, we see how to replace the front suspension arm on a Seat Leon MK1: we start by removing the front wheel and lifting the car; we remove the fixing bolts of the suspension arm after removing the dust and dirt deposits with a wire brush, and spraying them with WD-40, using a 19 and 18 combination wrench. These are very long bolts. After removing the piece, we clean its housing well with the wire brush, and put the piece back in place: if necessary, we can use a wooden hammer for help. We put the bolts back in place, tighten them with a torque wrench to 45 Nm at the front and 70 Nm at the back. The central arm must be tightened to 30 Nm. Before putting the tire back on, we spread ceramic grease on the hub, and clean the disc with a specific detergent. Now we can mount the tire and lower the car.
