In this video tutorial we will see how to replace the engine oil of a Sherco 500. First of all we are going to remove the oil vent bolt with a socket wrench, which we find at the bottom; then we also remove the top cap so that it comes out faster. At this point we wait about twenty minutes before putting the bolt back on and we are going to disassemble the filter, unscrewing the bolt of it; let's replace it with the new one and pour the engine oil into the appropriate upper hole (capacity of about 1.1 - 1.3 L); in any case, fill up to the indicated level.

How do you replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i?

In order to replace the transmission of the Sym Joymax 300i, you need to loosen the screws that secure the appropriate casing, located on the left side of the motorcycle near the rear wheel: here it will be possible to loosen the central nuts that secure the variator and the clutch bell. Once these two components are released, it will be possible to remove them completely from their housing in order to slide the belt out of its seat; at this point it will be possible to insert all the new components, securing them to their respective housing and verifying that everything is functioning properly.
