To remove the starter motor from the Sherco SER 250, first remove it from its housing by unscrewing the screws that secure it and disconnecting the connectors. Once the motor has been removed, you can loosen the screws that secure the device's cover to gain access to the components inside. At this point, you can completely remove them, allowing you to insert the new ones, close the device again, and reconnect it properly in its place.
