How to reset the Service light on a Škoda Fabia?

Model: Skoda Fabia 6Y, Mark1 - Years 1999-2007
Part: Service warning light

From the dashboard of the Škoda Fabia, you can clear the Service light by holding down the button located on the right side of the instrument panel until the "Service OIL" message appears on the display in the centre of the dashboard. Once the message appears, turn the key in the ignition until the instrument panel lights up: at this point, the button should be slightly turned to the right until a confirmation sound indicates that the light has been reset. After this procedure, you can turn off the display by removing the key.
