How do you open the hood of the Smart 450?

In order to open the hood of the Smart 450 it is not possible to pull the lever inside the passenger compartment, as the front hood of this car consists of a single panel that must be removed. In order to remove it, it will be necessary to loosen the screws that secure it from inside the door pillars and under the front grille. This will need to be removed by detaching its internal retaining clips, so that the screws underneath can be loosened. After removing all of these screws, you will be able to completely detach the panel, so that you have access to the components below.
