Let's see how to install the rain deflectors on a Subaru Outback. This useful accessory allows you to keep the windows open even in the event of rain. You can only find the previous ones on Amazon at 37.00 euros; if you also want those for the rear windows then you can find them at 43.99 euros on E-Bay. Let's see how to proceed for the installation: first we have to clean the internal channel of the window seal very well. Remove the protection of the sticker; to be sure of a perfect installation, you have to start with the window deflector. Don't be afraid to fold the rain deflector as it is unbreakable and very elastic. Use a plastic spatula to insert the deflector into the window seal. After installation, close the window with intermittent movements while pressing the deflector back and forth on the window. For the rear window, start by placing the rear part in the seal channel and snap it into the window. To fix it, always use the plastic spatula, moving it slowly inside the gasket to fix the deflector. Again, repeat the operation done with the front window, making the glass rise in jerks. Keep the windows closed for 72 hours so that the adhesive adheres well to the plastic of the seals. Do not expose the car to rain for the same period.
