To replace the radiator on a Suzuki SV650, disconnect all connectors and hoses attached to it, accessing from the sides of the bike. Next, position a container underneath and open the coolant drain cap to collect the fluid until it is completely drained.

At this point, unscrew the bolt that secures the radiator in its central part, and when it is fully released, the part can be removed. After removal, install a new radiator that must be properly connected and secured.
