How do you replace the forks on the Suzuki RMZ 250?

To be able to replace the forks of the Suzuki RMZ 250 you have to loosen the nuts that fix the central pin of the front wheel of the bike, so that this can be removed also going to detach the corresponding brake caliper. Once the wheel has been removed, it will be possible to unscrew the bolts that secure the forks in their upper part, in correspondence with the steering. When these bolts have also been removed, it will be possible to completely remove the forks, replacing them with new spare parts; after installation it will also be possible to re-mount all the removed parts.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
