To replace the front headlight on the Suzuki SV 650, loosen the fixing screw located at the lower side. Once this screw is loosened, you can completely detach the headlight from its housing by disconnecting the connectors inside. After the cables are disconnected, remove the headlight completely and then loosen the screws that secure the chrome trim around it. This trim can be fitted onto the new replacement part, followed by properly securing and connecting the new headlamp unit.
