First, ensure that the engine is completely cold, then remove the screws securing the lower fairing and take it off. Next, place a container underneath the bike, unscrew the drain bolt with an 8 mm hex key, and let all the oil in the system drain out. At this point, you can replace the filter, reassemble everything, and add new oil through the designated fill hole.
