In this tutorial, learn how to replace the spark plugs on a Suzuki GS 500, a very simple and quick operation. Before proceeding, ensure the engine is completely cold for safety. Start by positioning yourself at the side of the bike, then locate the black cable above the engine head and disconnect it from the spark plug. Next, grip the spark plug with an 18mm socket and gently unscrew it. Finally, fit the replacement spark plug, tightening it with a torque wrench set to 30 Nm if possible, and repeat the operation on the opposite side.
