To replace the air filter on the Suzuki SV 650, insert the key into the designated side lock near the seat: this will allow you to remove it from its housing, giving access to the screws that secure the fuel tank at the front. By unscrewing all the screws that hold the tank and disconnecting the fuel lines, you can completely remove the tank and access the filter box underneath: this should be opened by unscrewing the screws and pulling out the filter inside, which will be replaced with a new one.
