Then, press and hold the "Sel" and "Adj" buttons simultaneously for about two seconds. Once the time starts flashing, release both buttons and press "Sel" multiple times to change the hour digit. For the minutes, use the "Adj" button. Finally, wait a few seconds, and the changes will be saved automatically.
