First of all, insert the key, then turn on the instrument panel and hold down both the "SEL" button and the "ADJ" button, both located on the dashboard, for about three seconds. Adjust the time by pressing the "SEL" button repeatedly, adjust the minutes with the "ADJ" button, and save the setting by holding both buttons down a second time. Finally, restart the instrument panel to complete the procedure.

How do you change the engine oil of the Beta Xtrainer 300?

In order to replace the Beta Xtrainer 300 engine oil, you need to loosen the screws that secure the skid plate positioned in the lower part of the bike. Once it has been removed, it will be possible to access the components in the lower part, including the oil drain plug. This will have to be unscrewed in order to collect the used oil inside a suitably positioned container. It will also be possible to replace the oil filter and finally re-fit the skid plate. Finally, it will be possible to top up from the special vent on the right side of the bike.
