To change the motor oil of a Suzuki V-Strom 800, start by placing the motorcycle on a center stand to ensure adequate stability. Under the engine, locate the oil drain plug, usually located on the bottom of the oil pan. Use an appropriate wrench to unscrew the plug and let the used oil drain into a suitable container. Once the oil is completely drained, reinsert and tighten the drain plug. Next, locate the oil fill area, which is usually located on the top of the engine. Pour in the new oil, using a funnel to prevent spills. Check the oil level carefully and add more oil if necessary. Finally, start the engine for a few minutes and check for any leaks from the drain plug area. Make sure the oil level is correct and there are no leaks.
