How to Replace the Gear Knob on a Suzuki Ignis?

Model: Suzuki Ignis MK 2 - Years 2003-2008

To replace the retaining ring on the Suzuki Ignis, disconnect the retaining ring located halfway between the gear knob and the leather gaiter at its base. Once this ring is removed, rotate the old knob counterclockwise to detach it from its housing. At this point, insert the new knob onto the end of the lever and screw it in by turning it clockwise: after installation, connect the gear knob to the gaiter by inserting the appropriate ring.

How to Repair the Key Spring of the Peugeot 207?
