You can replace the battery of the Sym Mio by loosening the screws that secure the panel located at the back of the footwell and at the bottom of the underseat compartment. Once the fixing screws of these panels have been removed, you will need to detach the corresponding panels and slide the battery out of its housing after disconnecting the cables and loosening the screws. At this point, you can position the new battery in its housing, securing and connecting it properly; then cover everything with the panels to ensure everything works.

How to Remove the Fairings of the KTM EXC 500
