You can replace the rear shock absorber of the Sym Bonus 110 by loosening the screws that secure it to its housing, located near the rear mudguard and swingarm. To loosen the screws at the top of the shock absorber, open the underseat compartment and remove the internal container. The upper screw can then be removed, allowing you to proceed to loosen the one at the bottom near the swingarm. The old shock absorber can then be removed and replaced with a new one, securing it properly.
