On the Sym NH-X 125, a sensor detects when it’s time to change the engine oil and sends the corresponding light that will appear on the bike’s display. When this happens, do not delay in performing maintenance. Warm up the engine for a few minutes before changing the oil to make the lubricant less viscous. Unscrew the 17 mm bolt located under the engine compartment, from which the used oil will drain; collect it in a container (dispose of it properly). Refit the 17 mm bolt and fill with the same quantity of new oil (should be 1.2 litres) 10W-30 through the filler hole on the right side of the bike.
