In today's video we will see how to remove and replace the variator rollers of the Sym Joyride 200 scooter, but also on the 125. First we put the central stand to our scooter and start by unscrewing the screws of the clutch cover, using a socket wrench ; then we go to unscrew the nut of the fan and the bell, in order to remove the belt and the variator, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to replace the rollers present inside the variator, having the same weight; then we reassemble everything, applying the reverse procedure of disassembly!

How do you replace the headlight bulb of the Piaggio Vespa Sprint 150?

In order to replace the headlight bulb of the Piaggio Vespa Sprint 150, you need to loosen the screws that secure the inner covering of the front fairing, near the instrument panel. Once this covering has been removed, you can detach the internal protective cover of the headlight assembly, removing the bulb located inside. This bulb should be replaced with a new spare part, connecting it to the connector and covering everything again with the cover; finally, you can reinstall the inner covering of the front fairing.
