In today's video, you will see how to disassemble and replace the rollers in the variator of the Sym Joyride 200 scooter, which is also applicable to the 125 model. First, place the scooter on its centre stand and begin by unscrewing the screws of the clutch cover using a socket spanner; then unscrew the nut of the fan and bell to remove the belt and variator, as shown in the video.

At this point, replace the rollers inside the variator with ones of the same weight; then reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure of disassembly!

To adjust the clock on the Yamaha Xmax 250, insert the ignition key into the ignition switch and turn it to power on the instrument panel. Once the panel is on, press and hold the button located on the right side of the handlebars, at the base of the corresponding knob.
