In order to disassemble the engine of the Sym Joyride 200, you need to loosen the screws that secure it to the housing, so that all connectors and tubes can be disconnected. Once the engine block is completely freed, you can loosen the screws that secure the cylinder, removing it completely.

The piston inside must be detached from the connecting rod by removing the pin and ring; the connecting rod itself can now be removed from the crankshaft and the crankshaft can be removed to access further internal components.
