Replacing the variator belt on TGB Blade 1000

As shown in the video, start the maintenance by removing the saddle and the plastic in front of it. Get off by removing the side fairing from the variator side and proceeding by removing the plastic from the platform. Remove the variator casing by disconnecting it in the lower attachment and unscrewing the fixing screws. Once uncovered, loosen the belt to be able to extract it from its seat. Working in reverse, fit the new belt and make sure it is tensioned. Reassemble the casing and all the plastic parts that were initially removed. This is a simple but time-consuming operation.

How do you replace the Vespa Primavera ECU?

In order to replace the Vespa Primavera ECU, you need to open the glovebox located immediately under the steering wheel and remove the tabs inside, both on the right and left side. This will allow to completely remove the front part containing the glovebox and to loosen the bolts that fix the supports of the control unit. This will then have to be disconnected from its connector and replaced with the new spare part. The new control unit can then be connected to the connector and fixed with the relative bolts.
