Part: Warning light – error code

Video tutorial

In this tutorial we can see how to reset the V-Belt warning light on the Yamaha Majesty 400 scooter, an extremely simple and quick operation, to be carried out only once the transmission belt has been replaced. First, we remove the rear cover above the headlight, then we locate the small white connector indicated and set it aside.

We then insert the key, turn on the instrument panel, and disconnect the connector by unlocking the clip. We wait at least 10 seconds at this point, reconnect it, and verify that the procedure has been successful.

How to Replace the Headlight Bulb of a Triumph Speed Twin?

To replace the headlight bulb of the Triumph Speed Twin, you need to loosen the screws that secure the headlight unit in place: these screws will be located at the bottom right and bottom left of the headlight unit. Once these are loosened, you can proceed to pull the headlight from its housing and disconnect the connectors inside: the corresponding bulb can now be extracted from inside the headlight unit, allowing you to insert the new one, remounting all the parts you just removed.
