In this guide, let's briefly see the instructions on how to disassemble and replace the Honda Dio scooter drive belt, by following these simple steps. First of all, we put our scooter on the central stand and start unscrewing the screws of the transmission cover, in order to remove it; then unscrew the nut of the fan and that of the clutch bell, in order to remove them and access the drive belt, as shown in the video. Now we remove and replace the belt with the new one, as well as the original one; so let's put the transmission back together!

How to replace the clutch on the Honda CRF 450R?

The replacement of the Honda CRF 450 clutch is carried out by loosening the bolts that secure the crankcase positioned on the right side of the bike, so that it can be removed. After the crankcase has therefore been removed, it will be possible to access the components that are inside it: the discs that make up the clutch can all be removed after having unscrewed the bolts that secure them. Once the discs have been removed, it will be possible to insert the new ones, fixing them with the relative bolts and covering everything with the special cover previously removed.
