Repairing the sun visor of the Toyota Land Cruiser is a simple operation but it requires some time, about a few hours of work, especially if you want to repair the internal spring of the sun visor on your own. Start by removing the sun visor using a simple screwdriver. Once removed, use a utility knife to cut the top part, as the mechanism is located inside. Remove the broken pieces with pliers and proceed to create the spring. To recreate the spring, you can use an old windshield wiper base and a body shop heat gun. With the help of the heat gun and pliers, heat the plate until it reaches the necessary shape, as shown in the video, and then proceed with the installation. To install the spring, we will need pliers to insert the spring into the plate and then tighten it with screws.

Handbrake adjustment on Ford Ecosport

First remove the plastic profile at the base of the gear lever. To do this, slightly widen the side edges and carefully lift it to release it.
